My turn around times..

I wanted to give you all an insight into my turn around times & why you may see some arrive next day where as others may take a bit longer 😊

When I started BIO I originally thought I would be working to a turn around time of 28 days as this gave me enough time to source the materials, make the products & post them to you. This didn't quite happen, I soon realised I don't like having outstanding orders unless it is truly unavoidable (ie. I'm waiting for stock to be delivered!).

This brings me to how I manage my orders & my current turn-around times. My most popular product is cake toppers, I sometimes post over 100 of these a week and often I receive requests from customers that need them the next day, which I am more than happy to accommodate if possible! (I will always let you know when you order!) 😀

I also receive orders that are needed in a weeks or a months time which is great because it allows me to prioritise next day orders!

My current turn-around is set at 5-10 days to cover all eventualities! As you know I make a variety of products, some more specialised products I make to order so I need to wait for a delivery, or I do complete orders altogether at one time.

I can assure you that unless we've made specific arrangements otherwise, you will not be waiting longer than ten days for your order! (Obviously unforseen circumstances permitting, in which case I will always keep you informed about your order)

More often than not, I post ahead of my turn around time because I really don't like having outstanding orders! Nothing satisfies me more than starting the day with 30+ orders and going to bed with 0 😴🤓 (this rarely happens but I can dream!😄)

So if you do have an urgent order just let me know 😊 If you do not provide a specific date then you can expect your order to be posted between 5-10 days time!

If you wish, you can chose to upgrade your postage to guaranteed next day which starts from £6.50.
